We seek a Director of Product Development that is an industry professional to manage our team of formulation (dosage) and analytical methods development staff. We are an FDA regulated company that develops, registers, and manufactures both generic and innovative drug products.

Candidates must meet the requirements defined under the ‘Careers' tab. The Director of Product Development must also be accustomed to achieving both departmental and company goals in a time and cost sensitive environment. We require an individual with demonstrated capabilities in project development planning, goal setting, project cost estimating, strategic planning and in both organizational and staff development. Candidates must have working knowledge of cGMP and related quality assurance requirements.

Specific r equirements for this position include:

• Advanced scientific degree (pharmacy, pharmaceutical chemistry or physical chemistry)
• 7-10 or more years of hands-on, industry specific experience
• Demonstrated ability to produce quality work
• Capability of working within a dynamic and demanding environment
• Ability to function independently and in teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English language required)
