Scientific or Professional Education and Experience

Success in the pharmaceutical industry depends upon the talents of a multi-disciplinary team of scientists, health care, regulatory, business and other professionals. The contributions of each individual can have a major impact on the success or failure of any given project. Our staff is lean, but not ‘green’. Broad experience in the related scientific or professional discipline is critical. Cross-functional training is desirable.

Pharmaceutical Industry Experience

The pharmaceutical industry is a highly-regulated, complex industry devoted to the development and commercialization of high quality, safe and effective products for health care professionals and consumers. At Pentech, we seek individuals with broad experience in the industry who are able to contribute their expertise to help us to achieve these goals.
